To Convert Lap Time to Lap Speed:

1) Enter the Track Length.
2) Enter the Lap Time.
3) Press the Calculate Speed Button.
4) Read the Lap Speed box for the the Result.

To Convert Lap Speed to Lap Time:

1) Enter the Track Length.
2) Enter the Lap Speed.
3) Press the Calculate Time Button.
4) Read the Lap Time box for the the Result.
